Joe is a Realtor specializing in residential and commercial properties. He brings that perspective to his work with property owners and investors, connecting property decisions with their broader real estate goals.
At Stonebridge, Joe focuses on investor relationships, tenant placement, and leasing, with a hands-on understanding of the Cleveland-area market.
Christie Clark
Director of Operations
Christie brings 26 years of experience in the title industry to her role at Stonebridge. Her background on the title side of real estate informs her attention to documentation, communication, and the details that keep property operations organized.
Christie handles marketing, accounting, and the submission of documentation for CMHA and EDEN. She brings an organized, detail-focused approach to the administrative and financial work behind the business.
